What You Need to Do: Review and update your Training & Assessment Strategies (TAS) to reflect these new requirements. Engage more actively with industry to collect feedback and demonstrate compliance.
2. Changes to Trainer & Assessor Credential Requirements
Trainer and assessor requirements have been refined to provide more clarity and flexibility:
Trainers and assessors no longer need to upgrade from TAE40110 if they already hold the qualification.
Clarity on ‘Actively Working Towards’ requirements, ensuring those in training are supported while delivering under direction.
Expanded recognition of higher education qualifications in adult education or VET.

Review LLND capabilities before enrolment.
Offer tailored training support and reasonable adjustments for students with disability or learning barriers.
What You Need to Do: Review student information policies to ensure compliance, improve enrolment practices and update support services.
