The Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015 state that all RTOs must  submit an annual declaration on compliance each year.
 
The annual declaration can be viewed by RTOs as an opportunity to undertake a self-assessment of their operational compliance and to identify areas for quality improvement. It is also a good opportunity to ensure that all registered details are accurate.
 
RTOs can use this form prior to completing the online annual declaration. This will give you an opportunity to review your registration details and your operational practices and draft your responses prior to submitting your declaration.

Systematically review your RTO’s compliance with the Standards
Self-identify any areas in need of improvement
Implement improvement initiatives prior to reporting to ASQA.
